Do you speak English?
Yes. WhatsApp, phone and in the store. The rest of the site is in Hebrew, but prices and specs are numbers, and the assistant on every model page answers in English.
What warranty do I get?
Every Mac includes InfiniCare, a 3-month lab warranty. You can extend it to 6 or 12 months at checkout.
Are the prices final? Is VAT included?
Yes. Prices on the site are final, in shekels, VAT included, no hidden extras.
Can I pay with a foreign credit card?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Israeli or foreign. Instalments are available on Israeli cards.
Do you ship outside Israel?
No. We deliver anywhere in Israel, and you are welcome to pick up in Herzliya.
Can I see the Mac before buying?
Of course. 18 Abba Eban Blvd, Herzliya (Herzliya Pituach), Sunday–Thursday, 9:30–16:30. Open it, test it, ask anything.
Will the keyboard be in English?
Most of our Macs have the Israeli layout (English and Hebrew on the keys). Tell us on WhatsApp if you need a US layout and we will check what is in stock.
